Hmmm... the no voids in the frame seem to indicate a lower value arm. Shape of the "ring" - "loop" atop the frame suggests mounting for a fixed barrel - suggesting a blow back action and so a minor calibered arm. The notch in the 'loop' seems it might be a void to clear an extractor. (it could be an indexing notch, too.) The shape of the trigger guard with hook puts me in mind of something I cannot bring to mind.

Allow me to ask where it was found, and general circumstances? Oh, is it magnetic?

Looks like a Bryco model 48 (or other variation) in .380 without the barrel.

Not magnetic and I checked bryco I couldn't find anything exactly like it the numbers come up as a intratac 9mm but I can't find a single frame from that company simular
The closest I found to the overall shape of it mainly handle and trigger guard is a glock but I can't fine one that has the barrel loop

It definitely isn't a glock frame.
A walther clone maybe?

Non magnetic means it's not an iron or steel frame. Perhaps something light in weight or in class (pot metal or the like). That figures in to this somewhere.

Doesn't strike me as a Walther, either. PP and PPk didn't have that trigger guard. Which is the feature that rings a faint bell.
The trigger guard, barrel hoop, short square grip are all unique but I have spent days looking and nothing I can find is close to having all the let alone shape of piece
