Unless you go from standard to magnum, or from pistol to rifle (or the converse), you probably wouldn't notice much change, even with a chronograph. The exception is when changing from, say, CCI standard large pistol, to Winchester large pistol. The latter is close to being a magnum pistol primer, though apparently not enough to meet minimum industry standards for the designation "Magnum Pistol Primer".

With such a load, I doubt that you OR I would be able to tell a difference, no matter what primer type you use.

Vassago: Jacketed bullets with the copper bottom have, in my world, always been CMJ and NOT TMJ. My world seems to match Berry's world, also.
TMJ should be TMP
