[TMR9001]

My grandfather has a weird version of a hopkins and allen 12 gauge side by side shotgun, and it doesn't match any pictures I've seen online. Can anyone help me identify it? The only markings are "Hopkins and Allen" and what I assume is a serial number, 506.
