While on a trip out west I decided to purchase a new cleaning kit. Found one I liked, a Hoppe's Premium Soft case. First thing I discovered was the bore light didin't work. After returning home a few months later I tried to assemble all 3 of the cleaning rods. No go. I called them and explained my situation. I had not saved the receipt. The tech support guy and I got online and I indentified the kit I had. He said "give me your address and I'll send you a complete new kit"! Got it yesterday. Thanks Hoppe's!
