Hello on rainy Memorial Day weekend.

Reference my thread about 380 auto as a defensive weapon. This is more of a comment on the Beretta than to continue the 380 demerits. This model sure fits a big hand which makes it a real nice piece to handle. I do believe that is part of the formula in packing a concealed weapon.

I was thinking that the Officers Model handgun was issued in some form of 380. Is this correct?

Here is a hope to never have to pull a weapon to save self or family but glad to have the right to do so.......

Colt did not chamber the Officers Model auto in .380, but they did make a small pocket auto series called the 'Mustang' and 'Pony'. Of course, there are older Colts in .380, but they are a very different design.

The Mustang and Pony are both considerably smaller than your Beretta.
