Last I heard, Fox was not going to cover Obama's press conference, thought I could at least watch O'Riley, as I have no interest in listening to Obama. And why all the networks and cable news would broadcast the same thing, is beyond my comprehension.

But I see tonight that Fox 'is' covering it also. Wonder what got to them.

Fox has at least 4 cable channels (that I know of) Fox, Fox News, Fox Business, Fox Sports.
Their plan always was to cover it with 2 of those networks, Fox News and Fox Business News.
They were going to leave their regular programing on the "Fox" network.
This was a great move and really made no difference since the scheduled program was a show called "Lie To Me". :D

I don't think that they changed anything. I don't know, I just watched a little of it on Fox News.

Um, uh, um, ah, Bush did it !!! Next question, Repeat answer

To quote David Byrne & the Talking Heads from Once In A Lifetime,
"same as it ever was". ;)

EDIT: Somebody did a count last night. Obama said "uh" 119 times in a 1 hour speech while using a telepromter.

As I understand it, Fox's Entertainment channels were NOT covering the big blue bogeyman. I found that to be true, as my wife's American Idol show appeared as usual. Their NEWs network however WAS covering the rabid socialist dumbarse. I heard on Hannity's radio program that he would be late because of the address. This seems a nonsensical 'me me me - look what I did' debauchery of a State of the Union address that Obama was scheduled to give. I will say that I expect nothing less self-absorbed from a man who seems to have the ego of a low-level rap star.

    Ditto, ditto, ditto.

And to add, O'Reilly can kiss my arse. I used to watch him regularly. But he has turned into a whimp. He gave obamanation a "B" for his first 100 chances to kill the constitution and he doesn't even address the real issues anymore. He's a waste of air and electricty.:mad::mad:

I'll stick with Hannity, Levin, Ingraham, Church, and several others on the radio as Fox (O'Reilly, Shepard, and VanSustern in particular) and all the other networks aren't worth my electric bill.:mad:

It's become laughable that Miss America gets harder questions than the President of the United States. He picks the "reporter" to ask a "question" (usually a lobbed softball), spends 4-6 minutes dancing all around it, and then has another "reporter" ask a question. There's no hard hitting follow-ups, no "Well, what about this or that." He doesn't call on anyone who might ask a tough one. It's all orchestrated, and really just a speech in the guise of a "press conference." Oh, and BORING!! I fell asleep. TJ

How about this hard hitting question from the "evil" press.

(in need of a limp smilie here)
"Mr. President? What has enchanted you about being President?"

Hey, Mr. N.Y. Times reporter, take a gander at your profit shareing portfolio.
You can't afford to buy a clue. Do you really wonder why? ;) :D

Don't know and don't care if he was on. Caught a highlight on Hannity of him waving a tea bag in my face. Almost took the TV out.
