ATI stands for American Tactical Innovations, and they could be the manufacture or Importer of said firearm.
this is their 12-gauge shotgun, your friends replica would probably shoot 9mm

OK, more research shows ATI only makes this configuration in 12 or 20 gauge NOT 9mm
