Can`t remember( had a few beers since then}, if front screw is the refer-ed to as the small pin or large pin for replacement, triangle handguards, no forward assist, no fence lower, A-1 sights, but birdcage FH.
Hope I can find my Colt book. Very nice example, even the color.

From what I am reading in the 2020 Edition of the Standard Catalog of Firearms it shows:

Exc 2450
VG 2083
Good 1770
Fair 1505

That one looks to me lik it would be in the Very Good to Excellent range.
