interchangable Topbreak parts???

I currently own a H&R Hammerless 38 and a Forehand arms with a hammer 38.The cylinders seem to be interchangable. Are the internal parts interchangable?? Eg the barrels and latches etc??

Probably similar design, but I doubt interchangable. And I highly not recommend attempting to interchange cylinders either.
