The very same comparison (with different dates) can be done showing how many times the USA has broken treaties and practiced genocide on the American Indian.

Yes, I'm sure that is true but the last I heard, the US wasn't worried that the American Indians had weapons of mass destruction. And I'm quite sure they didn't have anything to do with 9-11.

What in the world does profiling have to do with weapons of mass destrucion and Iraq?

What in the world does the US breaking treaties with the Indians have to do with profiling 17 to 40 year old arab men?

It has nothing to do with them except for the ongoings claims of police profiling on the reservations. I was just showing that the US has practiced for years what it is trying to stop others from doing.

And profiling has what to do with weapons of mass destruction and Iraq?

I should add that I find nothing wrong with profiling when looking for bad guys

Problem is that Police agencies are having a very difficult time telling the difference between the "bad guys" and regular citizens. They often default to "rough them up first and ask questions later"
