I was looking at this site:

It showed the Win 40sw PDX1 165 at (1140 fps for 476 ft lbs) but for Win 40sw FMJ-FN 165 at (1060 fps for 412 ft lbs.)

Does that mean the PDX1 is charged up or the FMJ-FN is charged down?
