I saw the Colt new product line in Pistols and Revolver Guide l970 Which show a 22RF single action Army and wonder if it really was made by Colt or imported from Italy. I bought a Tagfoglio 22, appears to be the same gun. Simularity are as follow

Name: Colt: Frontier Scout Tag: Buffalo Scout
Cylinder and Barrel Colt: Steel Tag: Steel
    Frame Colt: alloy Tag: alloy
Grips Colt: plastic with a Scout riding a horse in a Ovel
Tag: plastic with a lion in a ovel
Made Colt: early 1970 Tag: early 1970

Colt imported a 25 Acp simi-auto some years back which were made in Spain and called them Colt. Does any one know something about this, Thanks Walter in Florida

The Junior Pocket Model was made in .22 Short and .25 ACP by Astra in Spain from 1958-68.

The Colt Automatic Caliber .25 was made by Firearms International for Colt from 1970 to 1973.

As far as I know, all of the Scouts were made by Colt.
