Gentlemen and Ladies, I am the new kid on the block. I have rediscovered the joy of shooting 22 rimfires after an absense of a couple of three decades. I do need some help on finding information on the net (or else where) about Jim Clark customized High Standard 22's. I already owned several good 22's when I stumbled up on a Jim Clark and bought it. Now I am looking to learn as much as possible about the conversions. It is a Shreveport era gun, and appears to have been done by Jim Sr. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
And thanks to those that make places like this enjoyable!

Some of the guns were bought by Jim Sr, as incomplete guns and then modified to his standards. Others were converted from guns provided by customers. Without knowing the serial number it is not possible to tell which you have.

Many if not all had a Clark barrel with Bomar rib. Some has a special screw added which limited the amount of sear engagement.
