It is a J Meunier shotgun (John Meunier)
There is allot of info. on the internet.
He had a shop in Wisconsin.
Need to see pictures of the whole gun to tell you which model it is and when it was made.

The proof marks are French, proof house is St. Etienne, proofed past 1901.
J. Meunier was the barrel maker, caliber ist 12 x 65 (Gauge 12, chamber 65mm), bore ist 18,3mm and 18,2mm.

Its gonna need atleast one firing pin
Would love to have it shoot-able
But if not its a nice wallhangar

The new pictures aren't helpfull to identify the gun. It,s only certain that's a gun manufactured in France pre WWII. The buttplate is from Harrington & Richardson, may be they have imported the gun. The IMG0345 must be more clear, than it's possible to identify the letters over J.MEUNIER
A gunsmith is able to make it shoot-able. The problem is the ammo for the chamber length 65mm (2"1/2), now very seldom.
