Interesting read.
This story run parallel to the pot sales in Colorado.
In both cases the state deems it legal and the feds are sayng it is illegal.
I guess if you have enough liberal pot heads all doing the same thing they can pass state laws and the feds don't bother them.
But now when it comes to firearms that is another story.
Looks like under the eyes of the law , some people are more equal than others.

Pot was never taxed or controlled by the IRS, firearms are. The IRS wants it's money.
Actually marijuana was taxed and stamps issued in accord with the Marihuana Tax Act of 1937. It was ruled unconstitutional in 1969 because anyone applying for a stamp was forced to incriminate themselves. It was replaced with the Controlled Substances Act the following year.

This is not a gun we are talking about! It's a muffler, a noise reduction device. Let's get OSHA involved! Let's face it ATF should be the name of a convenience store and not a branch of the IRS. I can see it now, one on every street corner, Alcohol, Tobacco and firearms for sale. It could even have a drive through!
