Hi. I have a LC Smith double barrel shotgun. Stamped with serial number 58580 grade F. I have 2 questions. Are the barrels royal steel, rolled, or demascus? Does anyone have a general valuation, im interested in trading or selling this to acquire something more functional that I can actually shoot.

The F stands for field grade.
As to what type of barrels you have , they should be stamped on the barrels near the receiver. ( royal or demascus or..... ).
From what I can see from your pics, I see a value of $250-$350.?
We need much better pics and close ups of the receiver and barrels to give you a better evaluation.

Thank you for the reply. I’m no photographer, but have attached some more photos. The barrels are 30 inches long and, because this has been in a soft case in an attic/basement for at least 30 years, have rust dust in them. Condition would be “fair” at best.

I think the value that I see is around $250-$275. Please note, I am looking at pics and don't have the shotgun in my hands. Hopefully someone can correct me as to the value in case I missed something.
