You have an Iver Johnson 2nd Model 6th Variation Safety Hammerless Automatic manufactured between 1906 and 1907. I can't tell what the prefix is, but the pattent date narrows it down to those two years. If its an O its 1906 or if it's a U its 1907. It wasn't uncommon for the serial number to be slightly off center.
