Found a very nice used Ruger P 89. Runs great almost no marks on it at all. $319. It's a 9mm, I was hoping for a .45acp but this would work well. What do you all think?:D

I don't believer you can go wrong with a P89. I had one of them years ago and really liked it. It is built like a tank and should give you years of good service.

that's what I have heard. It's all metal and feels real good in my hand. I guess if I wanted to carry it, I would have to go with an under arm or small of the back type holster. I guess an I W B would be ok for a short time.

I still have, and shoot my first handgun - a Ruger P-85. Built like a tank, and about as heavy.

40,000+ rounds and I've never had a malfunction.

If you don't mind big and heavy, it's a very solid pistol.!!!

I had a chance to shoot a P90 .45, I believe it was, wanted $300,

LNIB, I passed and I regret it.!!!

the p 89 is a solid semi auto a good cleaning like all firearms after a shoot will keep it very happy and a breeze to run wide open.
