I have a Mossberg 640T .22 Magnum bolt-action rifle that belonged to my father. While cleaning it, I broke off the bolt plate that covers the firing pin action.

I have searched around online a bit, but parts seem pretty scarce for this particular model. Would the bolt plate for the 640K be compatible? I was able to find this part at Numrich Gun Parts.

If it's not compatible, any ideas where I might be able to find the right part?

Any of the Mossberg 640 models are the same internally. The different variations (K,K-A, K-D,K-S, S and T) were basically sight changes and stock changes. The 640T was made in 1976 only and had a birch stock. The bolt track cover plate from any 640 will work.
