Looking for ANY info on a old Bolt action 22 I have had forever. Here is what I have on rifle.

O (then there is something that looks like an upside down L) MOSSBERG & SONS, Inc. NEW HAVEN, CONN. USA
    No 46B - 22 S-L-LR PATS PDG.

    No serial #
Has a funny looking trigger guard (looking at it would suggest that it does not belong on this rifle)

When was this model manufactured? Can anyone post a picture of this Model, especially trigger guard?

    Thats all I have
    Thanks

Ser #'s were not required on 22's and shotguns during that time period. That's why you can't find one.

You may find some companies put them on voluntarily but not all.
