Dang, I like that snakeskin checkering, if you get too annoyed at that tight barrel bushing and decide to throw it in the trash, my garbage can has a lot of room. ;)

Beautiful looking gun and a good shooter, money well spent.

I just looked these 1911s up, never heard of them. I got a tisas 1911 a while back and it was just a few dollars less than yours, but mine has ftf fte all the time. I wish I knew about these at the time.

Both problems can be fixed at little cost. You need to take it to a qualified gun smith. I've seen these kind of problems fixed for as little as $50.

You shouldn't have any problems with that metro arms 1911 DB. I have the Amigo model (commander) with around 1500 rounds down the pipe and it's never hiccuped once. Great purchase, enjoy. ;)

I went back and looked at the Wilson Combat Mag I bought for it and it is stamped 1-10 down the side where the cut out is
So that Mag makes it a 10+1

Nice 1911, It's good the bushing is tight. It will wear in.

I have had two Metro 1911's in my case for several years, and can attest to the quality of both of them, even had a problem (my fault) and had to contact Customer Service..Nice to work with, solved my problem!
