Nice M44, from the tag on the trigger guard I would say it might be a Century import. These little rifles are great shooters [loud with a great big muzzle blast], you certainly get noticed on the range.

I have clamp on recoil compensators for these rifles that reduce the felt recoil by about 70%. They clamp on around the front site post. There are two styles - one for the Russian narrow front site post, and one for the wider (most other countries) front site post. I will sell these for $25 plus postage (about $2.50).

    If interested, let me know.

Bob had you told me this before I started the truck project I would of said yes.

As it is I'm close to $800 in the hole (that's almost as much as I paid to get my dang truck back).

Nope I haven't shot it yet - getting the Ford up/running and reliable took precedence.

Maybe next weekend if I'm lucky (oh wait dump run - maybe not).

Smoky - when I get some money ahead again that's next on my list - a Russian and a Polish Mosin. But right now I'm looking at about $300 for glass all around on the truck.
