NAH question

I am wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem with the North American Hunter site. It may just be me as I am computer challenged. I tried to log on to enter in their give away as I am a life member. Tried both my name and member number from my magazine. They claim there is no one by that name or number. Can anyone give me any tips?:confused:

write customer service an email. be sure to give them memberhip #. had that happen to me on a golf membership. one day there, then poof! pulled a david copperfield

Thanks. My son found a phone number in ultra small print. I called and gave them all my info. Somehow a number in my membership had been transposed so when I gave them my number from magazine cover it was incorrect. The customer service agent I spoke to was extremely helpful and all is right now. Once again thanks.
