Need help identifying a pistol

This belonged to my great grandfather. I cannot find any marks or stamps on it. Any help identifying it would be greatly appreciated.

A commercial variation of the French model 1874 officers revolver. I don't think the model 1874 was exclusively a French navy revolver.
