That is a late model H&R Auto Ejector with factory target grips. It is a smokeless gun and in very good condition. The serial number would help narrow down the date of manufacture.

Serial #387234
Howdy jcon,
Interesting, you have serial #387234 and in my database I have #387619. These were both made between 1915-1925. Yours is an excellent example. It is notable in that it is blued, has the factory target grips as well as the unusual long barrel. It is probably a 5" judging by your pictures but perhaps a 6", I can't tell.
Values on these are all over the place. I would say to an interested buyer it would be in the $200.00 - $300.00 range.

With best regards,
Jeff
