I went to the fish market with my wife and picked out a Swordfish, cut is about 8 or 9 inches round and about an inch & 1/4 to inch & 1/2 thick. Firstly I've never had swordfish and have no clue how to prepare/ cook it! Secondly, we bought seabass. Is this anything like freshwater bass? Prolly not right? Anytime I've cooked any type of fish, if I'm not baking it in the oven... Usually I throw it on the grill wrapped in foil with cut up onion, tomato, peppers...other spice and a healthy amount of Butter. How do I cook these craps? Any and All suggestions and/ or recipes will be greatly appreciated.
