Just pick this up cheap
All metal parts in very good shape
No rust in bore or any part of the gun except the receiver had very light surface
Rust just enuf to change the finish a little
Everything I nice and tight nothing loose at all break leaver springs back to center
Stock cracked = ( cheap price )
Looking to find out when it was made
And can I shoot 2 3/4 she'll thru it
And any info you would like to throw in

H&R Bay State shotguns are pretty common. Do a search here and Google it. You'll likely find lots of info.
Basically offhand w/o doing research myself to refresh my memory, I can tell you that they were made in 1st half of last century. Good quality utility guns. Very little if any collector value. $100. probably in VG condition.
