Just stopped at the local Academy, and there we’re literally no more than 30 boxes of ammo on the shelves, 1-2 boxes of 270 Win, 10 or so of 224 Valkyrie, some 6.5 CM, 7mm Mag, 300 WM, actually some 5.56, and a few 7mm-08. Luckily I was looking for 6.5 CM, and 7mm-08.

Absolutely no hand gun ammo to be found at all.

This is getting ridiculous. I’m trying to find 9mm online and everything is either sold out or being sold at 2 or 3 times normal price. Even those who are grossly overcharging have sold out in some places.

I’m really starting to regret selling my reloading equipment before we moved. :(

Was at Scheels in Minot a week ago and they are low on Handgun ammo but lots of rifle ammo and pretty good in reloading supply's. Handgun ammo they had 38spcl 45acp and 10mm. lots of 22 and 17hmr.

I ordered 1000 rounds of PMC 9mm from The Sportsman's Guide, on 7 Jun, at the cost of $208.12. It was backordered until 27 Jun, then 12 Jul, then 28 Jul, now 3 Aug. I ordered it so that there would be plenty for anyone who might want to shoot that Beretta CX-4 Storm at the Tennessee BBQ in September. It sure looks like they are going to keep putting me off until after the BBQ. If it takes me a year to get them, I am going to take it at that price.

Don't be so sure :( Good chance the next email is a cancellation and refund. Had a couple orders progress just like yours that ended in the way I said. Sort of like buying a plane ticket in 2020.

Just bought some reloads, 357 $16.99, 38 special 148 wchb $18.99 at a lugs. They have plenty and anticipate no problems at this time for the reloads. Big name stuff is another story.

People who reload are going to start feeling the strain if they don't have enough primers and bullets(for those that don't/can't make their own). I have been browsing a popular gun auction site and they had 1k of small pistol primers listed for $150 buy price.
