Lots of metallic cartridge experience. NONE with shot shells. I will be loading H110
Bras$ 410 hulls
Do you or don't you use a over the. Powder. Wad?????

Powder, nitro card, felt wad, shot, overshot card, glue.

I tried putting a slight crimp over the end of the case, using a 44 Winchester seating die. Thought that might do away with the need to use glue.

Those four cases are now 1/8 of an inch shorter than the other 21.

Precisely.

You can use waterglass as the over shot card sealer. It's what was originally used.

You piqued my interest as I've loaded a few 12 Ga, even went so far as to get a Rock Crusher to size and crimp them on. But I went to my BPI Brass Shotshell manual to look at your 410 loads, but they don't list a catagory for the 410. So I go to their website to see if they sell them and sure enough they do! Odd
