I am against the grain on this one folks. To me Cuba is a non-issue. We deal with far worse regimes on a daily basis that w reward with our American dollars. Remember the Saudis? They flew planes into the World Trade Center and Pentagon. This was funded by Saudi oil shieks with money that we sent to them for oil. They sent thier share of donations from this money to Bin Ladens and his kronnies.

American interaction with Cuba is the fastest way for them to eventually come around to a democratic sociaty. We need to get our foot in there so that the Russians dont gain anymore influence than they have already. Russia kind of forgot them after the fall of the Soviet Empire but have shown renewed interest in the area recently with Chavez.

I'm no fan of the current POTUS, but I agree on this issue.
He wants to give amnesty to how many million illegal immigrants?
Millions that suck our taxes and benefits dry. Millions that already send money 'back home' (note where home really is).
    Who's the bigger threat?

    Cuba or Mexico?

Personally, I think we should give Cuba 100 billion dollars and make it the 51st state. Get rid of all the mines and make it a slice of heaven. Cheap booze, gambling, cigars, and casinos (not neccesarily in that order).

    Nevada wouldn't like it but.....
    Who cares!:D

I caught this interview of Obozos Transportation Sec. Ray Lahood playing dodge the question today on Cavutos program. Watch the dodge at the last 45 seconds of this clip. The whole clip is a dodge, but thats beside the point.
This Guy is suppose to be the person in charge of air traffic coming into and leaving the U.S.

This has been the stupidest, longest running embargo in the history of man. I want to smoke a REAL Cuban before I die!

For the last 45 years it has been prolonged because of the politicians pandering to the cuban minority in Fla.

This is not surprising. If we want to become a communist peoples' paradise, then we should at least trade with them to learn their best practices. Thank you Messiah Barry, leader of the Sheeple...

Last time I visited Canada, they had Cuban cigars. You just couldn't bring them back here. :)

I'm pretty sure ICE would take a very dim view of someone bringing Cuban cigars in from Canada:eek::p

You can smoke as many as you want to in Canada though, that was my point.
