No guns - but then I didn't expect any. Got some 30-06 ammo though and I'm waiting to see what ammo I'll get from my cousins (probably more .22lr - which will put me up to over 6,000 rounds since I don't have a gun that shoots .22 anymore).

No guns but......got the latest 23rd Edition of the Blue Book of Gun Values, and the latest edition of The Official Price Guide to Antique and Modern Firearms (8th Ed).

Also (not gun related) something I've wanted a long time. A complete set of video tapes of "Victory At Sea".....all 26 half-hour episodes of it.....with that wonderful Richard Rogers score.

I must've been a good boy.....or at least fooled Santa.

Smokin Guns not really into BP that much, I have a kit Hawken that I put together years ago. Just wanted to go the more modern route and wanted to mount a scope.

Xracer, I have the set of Victory At Sea as well. One of the segments on the battle in the Atlantic still evokes a strong sense of remorse, and as you said once you have heard the lead in and ending melody you never forget the music score.

    No guns.

    No gun books.

    No ammo.

    No holsters.

Boondocker - doesn't really matter which digital scale you get - they're all good. Mine is a Lyman 1000 that I bought when they first came out years ago. Still running strong.

Clint did them ol' Spaghetti Westerns that were filmed in Spain ipso facto in a very perverse and round about way it is an honorary Spanish gun, or something like that.

I sorta' did...but it was a "before Christmas/mutual consent" sort of thing! Found a gun for my collection in an antique arms catalog and the "little woman" bought it for me for Christmas....with my knowledge and a few weeks early! No problem...I can live with that!

The gun? A percussion target pistol made by "W BISHOP", Springfield, Illinois 1859-1868. Very nice! Pistols by "Kentucky Rifle" makers are quite rare. Probably a ratio of about 1500 long guns to one pistol.
