Hi everyone. I have a Old Browning Auto 5 16-gauge thats benn around longer than me in my family. Just wondering if I can get any assistance with the year and a value on it? I'm fairly sure based on what I've read that it was made & assembled in Belgum, there is a "FN" Logo on the butt plate. Serial Numbers on the bottom of the reciever just infront of where you load the shells and the serial number on the barral match and are both "X5311". The barrel says "Browning Arms Co St Louis Mo". The metal is in very clean shape with no scratches on it. The end of the barrel is perfect-no dings or anything. The mechanics works great. the wood grip is clean but the butt stock has a few blemishes but is very strong. Put it this way it was taken care of very well.
