The Eagle over N is the standard German proof mark used after 1941. I see no military or police acceptance marks so I must assume it is a comercial model. Doesn't mean it wasn't used in the war, it just wasn't a issue gun. Serial numbers for the war time Walther can sometimes be confusing, but your serial number dates to 1941 or 1942, I believe 1942. Value, that is hard to say. Your PPk is worn but not abused and everything looks proper ( grips ) , but the prices have been up and down on every thing WWII, mostly up. The best way to find value is to preuse the auction sites and see what others bring. I do believe it will bring over 500 and posible a bit higher. perhaps others have more input and more or different information. Good Luck.
