1 Cup white sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Cream together butter, peanut butter and sugars. For 30 seconds on medium speed. ADD Baking powder and baking soda. Then the eggs and Vanilla. Then the flour next oatmeal and Chocolate Chips.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 minutes. I use a small ice cream scoop so my cookies are Big!

That sounds INCREDIBLE!!! I am the "Chief Cook And Bottle Washer" in these parts - so you can bet I'm gonna make up a batch very soon. Thanks, Rae!
What I like is the baking soda and baking powder go in the wet ingredients. No sifting. Make sure you tell us about it!

Thanks for the recipe Rea!

My favorite is oatmeal and raisin followed by peanut butter so I can't wait to try these! :bounce:

Sometimes I substitute dried cranberries for raisins... maybe I will try white chocolate chips for brown.
