Your Bride is on the Prayer Wagon.
Update.. Wife had first Chemo Monday.. Admitted to hospital this AM. Expecting for just a few days. Severe abdominal pain, cold sweats, dizziness ( she almost passed out 4 times this morning), Loose stool.. she was constipated? she had nit ate any solid food for 48 hrs... Sugar jumped to over 500...
Praying for your bride, and you, hunter ...
Continued prayers for the both of you, thanks for keeping us in the loop.
Father in heaven I pray that You would keep both hunter and his bride in Your loving, caring, healing, comforting, all powerful hands as they go through this. I pray that You would be the rock, the refuge, that hunter can lean on and draw strength from so that he can be the rock his wife needs. I pray that You would be the same things for hunter's wife, and that You would bring her back to health. If they need to change treatment methods, please make that abundantly clear and show them what else they can do.
In Jesus' Name, Amen
Sending prayers to you and the missus...
Bill, thanks for the update on Dee. I am continuing to pray for y'all every day!
Something else to cling to.
But now, thus says the Lord, your Creator, O Jacob,
And He who formed you, O Israel,
“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by name; you are Mine!
2 “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
And through the rivers, they will not overflow you.
When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched,
Nor will the flame burn you.
3 “For I am the Lord your God,
The Holy One of Israel, your Savior;
I have given Egypt as your ransom,
Cush and Seba in your place.
4 “Since you are precious in My sight,
Since you are honored and I love you,
I will give other men in your place and other peoples in exchange for your life.
5 “Do not fear, for I am with you;
I almost lost my wife twice in the last 7 years, but she is still here due to the grace of God.
I pray that a flood of healing envelopes your wife, and that an incomprehensible peace covers you both.
"And the peace of God, which surpasses all human comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:7
We need to keep the prayers rolling. Prayers sent.
Prayers and well wishes for you both during these will testing times....There are times
in my own case with an ailing mate that the medicines prescribed makes conditions
worse for her and that just doesn't seem copasetic ....Please do keep things posted
and the prayers will continue...Respectfully, Chief
You know Arlene and I are praying hard for both of you. If there is anything we can do, just call.
Continued prayers Hunter!
Update on Dee (wife) They finally got ahead of her pain and are holding it at bay, (Level 2-4)
Nausea is almost under control and sugar is down in the 200's now. She has been on continuous fluids and will be on that possibly even after coming home
Not sure she will continue with Chemo.. Part of this was caused by reaction to the Chemo. She still has to see the Radiologist who assured the radiation would help ease her pains.
Hospice has been involved at her Doctors request. When they allow her to come home they will do a in home visit and inspection to see what help we will need to accommodate her. It has been a rough week and weekend for both of us. I have not been allowed to see here since they admitted her. I think that was the worse part.. not being able to be there for her! And not knowing how she is doing. The next few days are critical for us as we will begin to see what is going to happen in the next few months.
