I've been visited to confirm that I own the safe I use as an exemption to the friggin' "approved Lock Law" that Gray Davis set in motion. I hope his sorry ass does get recalled.

During a conference call last fall, an attorney with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services Division warned the head of the California program that using the national database is illegal and state officials could be criminally prosecuted, Jordan said.

What is with this "could be prosecuted" crap?

Breaking the law is breaking the law! Isn't that Kalifonia's position when they go after these people?

Everyone in the country needs to contact their federal representatives and demand the feds prosecute these people violating federal law.
    SERENITY NOW! OR ELSE!

Good thought, but do you know the definition of "professional courtesy?" Ask a lawyer swimming with sharks.
