Problems with .45 APC cases after loading plz help!

    I had the same problem with 9mm shot out of my Glock. Changed to a Lee carbide crimp die and my problem was solved.

    Good thoughts above. All I can add is to make sure they are actually oversized by measuring the diameter (they should be no more than 0.476 just above the extractor groove-by my manual-and the crimp diameter should be close to 0.47). If, by chance they aren't oversized you probably have an issue with the taper crimp or you are simply loading too long for the chamber of the gun you are using.

    Ive loaded around 1000 rounds of 45acp for my glock 21 and never had a problem and the brass i am using ive loaded 8 different times and still know buldge.I also use the lee carbide crimp dies and it works just fine.Now I have been seating a bullet into the brass and developed a bulge at the end of the bullet but i adjusted the flare a little bit larger and that took care of that.
