Can anyone help with info on the revolver I inherited? Serial AC73605. Any idea when this was manufactured, and how/where I could get a manual? Trying to get it ready for the range. It needs a rear sight, but other than that seems to be in good shape.

This is a 22 caliber, and from what I found on another website, takes a .22LR. Can anyone confirm that?

    Thanks!

    Dee,
Ac prefix = 1966 manufacture for your 929.
Yep 22 lr. Shorts or longs should be ok also.
Try Cornell publications for a manual.
    Hope this helps.
