My son and I took my Marlin 1894cb 45 colt and Ruger 77/22 Hornet, to test some reloads for the Hornet. I also took my Marlin model 62 256 win mag, Testing different powders for that also. I forgot to take the target from the 45, but it was excellent as far as grouping. I will be working on reloads for that. All I had was factory ammo. All in all, we had a blast. My wife showed up and shot a box of 45 colt at a steel silhouette at 200 yards and was ringing it like a bell. She now claims it's her rifle. LOL. Oak.
