Many small and a few larger firms made such spur-trigger revolvers in USA 1880s, with many different brand names.
Some of the brand names were likely used by more than one maker, and here's an 1884 adv. for a Ranger No. 3 made by Hopkins & Allen, but it differs some from your photo:
