I saw this Remington in 35 Remington pump at a gun shop and was completley beat to hell. Stock, blueing, and action was rough but functioning. I bought the gun for 250.00 for a fun project deer rifle. I had the action and barrel cerakoted OD green and matte black. Sanded the stock down then added tung oil. Then drilled and tapped it. Now I've put 500 in it and I'm really happy with the results!

Came out great. And a heck of a deer caliber too.

Sry about that last comment! I had a couple drinks that night. I simply loved how this rifle came out!!!! Either way I'm sleeping with the beautiful slug spitter tonight and my gun as well!
