I have a 16 gauged double barrel shotgun that needs a replacement barrel. This gun has great sentimental value, it was my dads gun. The current barrel has a bulge in one barrel.

These were made by Ithaca as a low cost shotgun until about 1946? "Some" barrel bulges can be repaired, but it depends on where the bulge is, type of bulge, and how bad it is. Less than 100K of these made, chances of finding a barrel set are pretty slim. You might try an inquiry to Corson's Barrels, he's pricey, and doesn't list all he has on his website.
