I had a lot of misfired 8mm Turkish ammo that I pulled. Put powder from one into another shell I had pulled, reseated bullet (by hand) and fired perfectly.
I was wondering bout any advice usin this in my .30-30 since powder is gettin mighty dear round here. I know usin the dipper that came with the dies that it measures at 26.1 gr and fills the case to the neck. The powder is flake style.

Shouldn't be done. You dont know what powder that is. What you are asking is a recipe for disaster.

In these days and times, powder is scarce, however it is out there. Diligence is the key to finding what you need.

In this case, it is better to be safe than sorry. I would rather not shoot than to possibly hurt/kill myself or someone around me.

As already said, don't do it, not safe at all, in my opinion. It is not worth blowing up your 30-30 or maybe even killing yourself to save a few cents.
