In the Hornady #10 manual, there is no data for 80 grain bullets in the "general" 223 data. It does have data listed under the 223 Service Rifle Data (if your manual has it) that shows the OAL is 2.390 for 80 grain A-Max bullets. The picture you posted in that other thread looks like A-max bullets.
