    This is encouraging.
This is something we here have always known: Speaking the truth about socialist and repressive actions is UNFAIR ... to those who want to control us.

A wretched hive of scum and villiany
Why are the closet-commies not mentioning applying the "Fairness" Doctrine to the TV media...oh yeah, that's right the mainstream media is already kissing Barry's posterior regions in a very sycophanic way. You notice that every form of media to which the closet-commies want to apply a new "Fairness" Doctrine is a form of media replete with people speaking out against Barry and his puppetmasters. It must be a coincedence:rolleyes:

When Communists come to power the first thing they do is seize the press, radio and TV. After the debacle of Easterrn Europe in the 90s, where the Communists lost control, you know they will go after the internet too so word of the dissapearnces of the opposition won't be reported. It's happening here now in our Congress. As for local boards, do you think acorn will be the community organizers there in mass to shut down conservitive broadcasting? It will be run like a corrupt Union Hall meeting where only friendlies will be called and they will ramble on for hours untill the oposition has to go home because they have to work tomorow. If you do get to speak, I hope you can get to your truck without getting your teeth kicked in and/or your tires slashed. Also look for rules on how to address the board. The community organizers will all have that info. Good luck trying to find out how to get on the list of those to address the board, who will all be Obama appointees. What do you think?

Very informative article! I wish I could say that I was encouraged by it. Clarence Thomas is right, but the problem is that the Supreme Court will soon be reshaped by the Obamamites. (yes they are like mites). Clarence will be the minority. I wish he hadn't tipped his hand so early in the game.

It would be nice if things could be corrected through normal channels. I fear however, that this will not be the case. The faint of heart will need to support those on the front lines doing the figh.ting.

Obama is going to get his chance to appoint another liberal to the bench. The only question is, will it be a liberal, a Liberal or a LIBERAL?

This is what I find interesting.
In my state, Judicial positions are non-partisan.
Judges are to intrepret the law. No bias allowed.

SCOTUS appointees should be subject to term limitations like ALL other politicians. It's all too apparent that they cannot recuse themselves from their personal beliefs.:(
