Anyone know where I can get info about breaking down an SKB XL300 12 gauge? Just got a hold of ne and need to clean it up real good. Been neglected. Thanks.
The company that made the SKB no longer exists. The rights for manufacture were purchased by someone in the US, but I can't find any definitive reference.
How far do you want to break it down?.
Field strip or complete disassembly?.
Numrich has a parts photo.
But there are videos on you tube on how to disassembly.

Goal is complete diassembly, cleaning and replacement of any suspect hardware and reassembly. I cannot find anything either. After shooting it a couple of times, though, I really like the gun.
Update - Haven't found information yet. I think I will head over to a local gunsmith and see what he has to say. But I am totally enthralled by this little gem. I saw they were made in 20 gauge also. Does anyone have any idea how I might search for one? BTW, this forum is a great source of info. Glad I happened upon it.
