I can see the attraction to the younger set but it's not my cup o tea. I don't like the rail, slide serrations, grips and whatever they call the cuts on the front strap.

Too "tacticool" looking for my taste but that's just me. I'd rather have one like my old grandad's 1918 manufactured WWI era 1911.

I love mine !
I didnt think I would like the slim grips, But I do and it shoots just as good as my Loaded Springer!
And I love the sights, good for these old eyes, same as the sights on the hellcat! I think Springfield did good on this one!
