This one has the Savage mark, so it must have been built after Savage aquired Stevens in 1923 (and before they stopped producing them in 1936).
Somebody has refinished the stock and they did a great job, the metal is original with a nice plum/brown patina. The bore is excellent.
Most of the pictures are the sellers, as they dwarf me in photgraphic ability.

Still on the hunt for a new breech block screw...
