Cling free dryer sheets. There a thread on this not long ago. I'll find it.

Tuckerd1 beat me on finding that other thread. I use dryer sheets. When the laundry is done, I save the used dryer sheets (Bounce) and use them to wipe down the powder drops/pans.

Wash plastic parts in soapy water and air dry (never had powder stick to metal parts) and spray graphite powder on plastic parts.
Metal parts are usually taken care of simply by running a hopper of graphitized powder or even graphite powder itself through the measure, but you can spray the metal with graphite powder also. If you have static cling on metal parts, I don't know if you need to humidify the air or ground the whole area. At least clean all metal parts with Hornady Cleaner and Dry Lube. As with the soapy water, do NOT wipe off—just air dry.
