A cape gun is generally a rifle/shotgun combination.

A 'drilling' is a three-barreled gun, generally a side-by-side shotgun barrel with a rifle barrel underneath. Corruption of the German 'dreiling.' There are also 'Vierlings', with two shotgun barrels, a centerfire rifle barrel, and a .22 rimfire barrel in the rib.

The difference between a 'Cape gun' and a 'combination gun' is the orientation of the barrels. Rifle/shotgun side by side is generally a 'cape gun,' as are being currently produced by Merkel, while the over/under is generally a 'combination gun' as being produced by Baikal and others.

2 shotgun barrels a centerfire rifle and 22 all in one! (in a voice reminiscent of Arnold Schwartzenegger, "if it lives ve kan kill it" of course Arnold would have to pack it too)

Hmmm! Isn't that some kind of big caliber double gun that is used on Cape buffalo? Just a shot in the dark.
